## Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance person to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. The Maintenance person will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our premises.
## Responsibilities
- Assisting the Maintenance team with our refurbishment programme.
- Perform general maintenance tasks and safety checks using an electronic system.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Ensuring our grounds are kept well presented and safe for our residents and their families.
- Be able to use basic hand tools as required.
- Handle plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or projects
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Liaise with Home Manager and Admin staff as needed.
## Skills
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or related field
- Strong knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance work
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor
