Role Description
We’re looking for a content-obsessed creative lead who can take the reins across our social-first brands — starting with Million Pound Homes, and expanding across First Homes UK and MyMillionPoundHome.
You’ll own and lead our entire organic content engine across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. From reels to walkthroughs, voiceovers to carousels, you’ll build a content system that generates buyer leads, builds brand equity, and becomes a growth asset in itself.
Freelance: £1,500 - £2,500 p/m
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute weekly short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Lead creative development for brand campaigns across B2C and B2B
- Oversee visual identity, tone of voice, and channel strategy
- Repurpose developer content, walkthroughs and buyer journeys into high-performing formats
- Manage and grow follower base across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Build a content system to scale across multiple property brands
- Must be happy to travel across the UK and occasionally Internationally.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years as a content creator or creative strategist, ideally in property, DTC, lifestyle or media
- Experience creating high-performing short-form
- Strong aesthetic and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
- Experience managing brand storytelling across organic channels
- An instinct for what gets watched, shared, and converts
- Results-orientated
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £1,500.00-£2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London SE21: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
