Wonder is a children’s imaginary role play centre. We are looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic Supervisor to assist in the daily operations and management of Wonder . Our leisure supervisor must be customer service orientated with the experience of our little explorers and their caregivers at the forefront of your priority. We are also looking for someone with excellent work ethic, high cleanliness and attention to detail. Experience working with children or in the leisure industry is a bonus but not essential. Key holder and supervisory or management experience essential. Experience DBS checks will be undertaken.
Duties to include:
· Management of staff on duty
· Overseeing the customer experience
· Maintaining the standards of the play areas, tidying, cleaning and replenishing after each session
· Providing assistance to the kitchen / cafeteria (Barista training provided). Managing supply levels and procurement / supplier purchases.
· Opening and closing of the unit, management of tills and cash handling.
· Supporting the management of party booking and sales
· Supporting Management with operational, health and safety and administrative duties
Please note working 2 weekends out of 4 is essential to the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
