We have an exciting new vacancy for a Leisure Club Supervisor to join our team at Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club! Your main duties would include:
- Monitor the cleanliness and functionality of all leisure club areas, report maintenance issues and ensure all equipment (e.g. gym, pool, sauna) is clean, safe and operational.
- Act as a key point of contact for members and guests, handling enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
- Supervise the Leisure team ensuring staff are following procedures, tasks are delegated effectively and high standards are maintained throughout the facility.
- Ensure the safety of members and staff by conducting regular checks, completing health and safety documentation, and enforcing club rules, emergency procedures, and hygiene protocols
Experience working within a leisure club is desirable as well as being pool responder qualified, however not essential. This role offers part time hours including early mornings, day and evening shifts including weekends.
