About Us
Independent Training Services Ltd. and SmartStyle Training Ltd. (ITS) are national training providers. Whether you are looking for employability skills, apprenticeships or professional training courses, we consistently deliver quality vocational training and education from the classroom to the boardroom.

By bringing together our expertise in commercial training, workforce development and apprenticeships we are well-placed to make a real difference to individual students and businesses alike.

We provide quality training to students who are already employed or preparing to enter into their chosen profession. Our comprehensive portfolio includes accredited end-user IT, business and employability skills courses for individual students, alongside apprenticeships and workforce development for local, regional and national employers. These are delivered by our in-house team of experienced and qualified trainers online, at employer sites and through our network of training centres.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll deliver engaging learning sessions that develop your learners’ skills, knowledge, and behaviours, helping apprentices, employees, and adult learners gain the qualifications they need to progress in their careers.

You’ll work closely with employers, assessors, and curriculum teams to design interactive, learner-focused training that meets sector standards and bridges the gap between theory and practice. Your role is all about preparing learners for the real demands of their roles in Health & Social Care.

You’ll create tailored training materials, regularly assess progress, and provide supportive feedback to help learners achieve their goals. Alongside vocational skills, you’ll also help learners build employability skills in a positive and inclusive environment.

Keeping accurate records and staying updated on sector developments will ensure your training remains relevant and effective. You’ll also play a part in improving ITS programmes through your input and ongoing professional development.

From delivering safeguarding and equality content to supporting inductions and assessment preparation, you’ll guide learners throughout their journey, helping them succeed and secure lasting employment in their chosen field.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a committed team, helping to maintain high standards and contribute to positive outcomes for our learners.

About You

For this role, you’ll bring at least three years’ experience delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes in Health & Social Care, including Level 4 and Level 5 apprenticeships. You’ll also have solid experience delivering classroom-based training and feel confident supporting learners both in groups and one-to-one.

You’ll be skilled at working closely with employers and developing new programmes that respond to the evolving needs of learners and the sector. Preparing learners for assessments, including End Point Assessments, will be second nature to you, along with being comfortable using MIS and e-portfolio systems to keep learner records up to date.

With strong knowledge of Health & Social Care standards, excellent communication, and great organisational skills, you’ll create engaging, learner-focused training sessions. You’ll provide clear, constructive feedback, foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, and be eager to continue growing through ongoing professional development.

If you’re looking for a varied role where you can make a difference and support positive learner outcomes, this could be a great next step.
