Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist clients with information about our marketing services and campaigns
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them to the relevant department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns
- Provide regular updates to clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations
Skills and Qualifications
