Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Associate, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering queries, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand partners. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with great people skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide product and service information
- Resolve customer enquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems as needed
- Support the marketing team during promotional campaigns and events
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Assist in gathering customer feedback to support campaign improvements
