About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Customer Service Associate to join our growing marketing team. You will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer support and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, and online chat
- Assist clients with information about marketing campaigns, services, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
- Support day-to-day customer service operations and administrative tasks
- Escalate complex queries to senior team members when necessary
- Contribute to improving processes to enhance the overall customer experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
- A willingness to learn and develop within the marketing industry
