Role Overview
As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing excellent support and helping to resolve enquiries promptly. You’ll play a key role in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about our marketing services, campaigns, and processes
- Assist with resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Support the sales and marketing teams by passing on relevant client information
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest enhancements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and company goals
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
