We are seeking a motivated Italian speaking Telemarketer to join our dynamic team at Trifle Solutions in the heart of the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our clients' success by generating high-quality leads and appointments, contributing directly to our mission of providing unparalleled service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage lead information.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to enhance service offerings.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Stay informed about industry developments to better serve clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English; and Italian
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
