Working as part of established People & Culture Team we are looking to hire an Internal Recruitment Assistant to join our onsite recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity ideal for either a recent college leaver/graduate or someone with some HR Admin experience looking to develop their career in the recruitment field.
Where do you fit in as an Internal Recruitment Assistant?
- Telephone Screening
- Proactively searching for passive candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases
- Building a talent pipeline to help fill future vacancies
- Dealing with Ad Responses from Applicants
- Scheduling 1st/2nd Stage Interviews
- Posting Vacancies on Job Boards, Websites
- Providing Admin Support for Recruitment Campaigns
Required Skills for an Internal Recruitment Assistant:
- Previous Recruitment Experience not essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to build rapport with candidates
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks
- Team-oriented yet also able to work autonomously
