We’re hiring experienced Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) Installers to join our growing retrofit team.
As part of our mission to make UK homes warmer, greener, and more energy-efficient, we need skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship and care about doing the job right.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing internal wall insulation systems (batts, boards, PIR, etc.)
- Working in domestic residential properties (occupied and unoccupied)
- Following retrofit guidance (PAS 2035/2030 compliance)
- Finishing to a high standard (plastering/decorative finishes a plus)
- Keeping workspaces tidy and safe at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with IWI systems (min. 2 years preferred)
- NVQ in Insulation & Building Treatments or equivalent (desirable)
- Knowledge of PAS 2035/2030 practices (or willingness to be trained)
- Valid CSCS card & own tools
- Clean UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
