As the company grows, they are looking to recruit an installations Administrator to join their busy team.
About The Role:
Are you a detail-driven multitasker with a knack for keeping projects on track? We’re looking for an Installation Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in coordinating and supporting our installation operations.
As our Installation Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our installation team—ensuring that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll liaise with clients, fitters, and internal departments to schedule installations, manage documentation, and keep everyone informed and aligned.
This role requires excellent organistion, computer and time management skills. Experience within the customer service industry communicating via face-to-face, email and telephone would be beneficial.
Administration functions will form part of the role such as:
· Communication with customers
. Booking installation dates
· Taking customer payments
· Scanning documents
· Raising sales invoices
· Ad hoc office duties as required
Full training on systems and knowledge of the products will be provided for the correct applicant.
Ideally, experience of working in a busy office environment would be beneficial and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
