Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across our growing group of hospitality businesses. You’ll source top talent, partner with managers to fill roles quickly, and oversee smooth onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ HR/recruitment experience (multi-site or high-volume preferred), strong knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. CIPD Level 3 and experience in hospitality, retail, or franchise environments are desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal roles across multiple locations for a number of businesses within the same group of companies
- Source top talent using job boards, social media, and proactive headhunting
- Partner with managers to understand the business needs and fill roles quickly
- Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities
- Assist in creating operational processes, legal frameworks, and compliance standards for all recruitment
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ HR and/or recruitment experience (multi-site or high-volume preferred)
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes methodologies, technologies, best practices and UK employment law
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and analytical ability
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and business-growth minded
Desirable Skills & Experience
- CIPD qualification, level 3
- Experience setting up HR systems or recruitment processes
- Exposure to hospitality, retail, or franchise sectors

Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
