Tremendous career opportunity to join a thriving, market leading financial services organisation within HR. Our HR Support Coordinators are at the centre of the team providing administrative support to both the business and our employees. As the successful applicant you alongside colleagues will be the first point of contact for a range of day-to-day HR queries from internal and external customers, providing advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures.
Initially, to cover maternity, this is offered as a Fixed Term Contract.
Summary of Responsibilities
Manage the administration of all relevant HR systems including, processing new starters, movers and leavers and process any in life contractual changes, in a timely manner
Ensure consistent delivery of agreed HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure accuracy of HR records and systems
Answer all HR queries including; reference requests, policy queries, HR Self-Service system queries and occupational health/absence queries
Assist with general HR administrative tasks and produce monthly and ad hoc HR reports
Assist the HR Support Lead with the implementation of new processes, using your initiative to identify process improvements
Support the Business Partners’ and Payroll coordinator where needed
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality; housekeeping; and ensure that personal behaviour and attitude reflects the essence of Ayvens and the core values
Skills, Experience & Background
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR department would preferable but not a prerequisite
The ability to take ownership for resolving problems
A desire to improve processes
A proactive and organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
An ability to manage expectations and influence others.
