DHL, an award-winning global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a talented HR Business Process Design & CI Expert to join our HR Shared Service Centre. This pivotal role is focused on optimising end-to-end HR processes, aligning regional and global strategies, and enhancing the customer and user experience within our HR systems.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
Process Improvement:
Support, coordinate, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes. Aim for streamlined and standardized processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Process Design & Documentation:
Design, document, and assess processes using standardised frameworks, ensuring they meet global requirements, legal/regulatory compliance and internal controls.Stakeholder Engagement:
Actively gather process improvement suggestions from business stakeholders, HR Shared Services teams, and customer surveys, developing solutions to address identified needs.System Management:
Oversee the planning and implementation of system builds, manage user acceptance testing, and evaluate post-implementation improvements.Training & Communication:
Develop content for training sessions and communicate process updates and changes effectively to operational teams.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams and divisions.
- Experience in HR systems, process improvement, or project management, ideally within a Shared Services or HR Operations context.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess complex business processes and recommend optimisations.
- Solid general business and operational management experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Experience with written documentation, continuous improvement methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Don't need HR Experience, but needs a passion for documentation and process.
