HR Advisor
A range of contracts lengths from 6 months to 13 months
We are looking for skilled and motivated HR Advisors to join our friendly, collaborative team providing HR support for the authority’s managers, Schools, and external customers.
These positions are ideal if you are seeking a supportive working environment that will allow you to demonstrate your skills and broaden your experience. You will play a key role in our Employee Relations service, managing a caseload with a focus on attendance management, and advising on a range of HR issues.
It is desirable that you possess a relevant HR qualification or be working towards CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. You will be highly organised, proactive and solution focused. Confident in working to deadlines, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience delivering HR Services ideally in a large complex organisation within local government or the public sector.
- Are confident managing employee relations casework, particularly attendance.
- Possess a relevant HR qualification or working towards CIPD level 5.
- Are organised, proactive, and able to build excellent working relationships.
- Are able to collate, interpret and present HR Service information and data.
