About You:
Are you an organised and people-focused professional looking to make a difference in education? Lynn Grove Academy is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to provide high-quality HR support across our school and three partner academies: Woodlands Primary Academy, Caister Academy, and Wroughton Academies.
Our Ideal candidate would have:
- Proven experience in a busy HR or administrative environment, ideally within the education sector.
- A strong understanding of safer recruitment practices and safeguarding requirements in schools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
About the HR Department:
The Human Resources Team at Creative Education Trust is dedicated to providing professional, pragmatic, and solutions-focused support to our schools on all people-related matters. Our team is responsible for delivering the People Strategy, which aims to make each of our academies a great place to work and to position Creative Education Trust as an employer of choice for both teaching and non-teaching professionals.
Our experienced Director of Human Resources, along with regional HR Business Partners, collaborates with Principals and Head Teachers to create an environment that attracts, engages, and retains a high-performing workforce. This is essential for delivering an excellent education to our students.
