Housing Support Assistant
(Social Housing Properties)
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Housing Support Assistant to join our team and help us provide a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for our residents within our accommodation for vulnerable people.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing rooms for new residents, including cleaning and changing bedding
Carrying out regular room inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
Testing fire alarms and reporting any faults promptly
Monitoring and replenishing stock levels
Acting as the main point of contact for any maintenance issues
Supporting residents during the check-in and check-out process
Ensuring a high standard of presentation and care across our properties
About you:
You are organised, proactive, and take pride in maintaining high standards
You have good communication skills and can build positive relationships with residents and colleagues
You’re reliable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
