Each of our 116 bedrooms, from standard to executive, are designed for comfort and style, with many boasting breathtaking views of the sea. We are on the search for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dynamic individuals to join our front office team as a receptionist.
Main Tasks & responsibilities:
>Provide all guests with a memorable experience.
>Promote and support the hotel image.
>Manage hotel room inventory and provided a smooth check-in and check-out experience to guests.
> Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the Hotel, as well as the local area.
> Receive and process all telephone, walk-in, third party and internet reservations accurately.
>Answer phone calls and emails.
>Manage all bills and payments correctly adhering to the company credit policy
>Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures.
>Support other team members and follow direction from Head of Department.
>Identify possible sales leads and pass them to the sales team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
