Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are up to date and readily available.
- Process reservations via phone, email, or in-person while maintaining accurate records.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel is clean and well-maintained for guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and managing correspondence.
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage, particularly in front desk operations.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
