We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hire Desk Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in the clerical tasks associated with hiring processes, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilise computerised systems to manage applicant information and track hiring progress.
- Support the administrative functions of the hire desk, ensuring all documentation is organised and up to date.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is recorded correctly in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency at the hire desk.
