Your Role:
As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for every client’s visit. You’ll manage the front desk with grace and efficiency, ensuring smooth operations and a five-star experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, appointments, and confirmations
- Handle phone and email inquiries with finesse
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with stylists and therapists to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience using salon booking software
- A calm, confident, and client-focused demeanor
