HHSRS Compliance Officer

Reliance Social Housing C.I.C (RSH) is a not-for-profit registered provider of social housing, regulated by Homes England. Registered in 2018, reliance has expanded and innovated, providing both temporary and general needs accommodation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Excellent attention to detail with clear and accurate communication skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Teams
- Technically competent with various IT systems and platforms
- Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills, essential in a people focused environment
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations within the housing sector
Desirable
- 1 year in an administration role preferred
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages
Role Overview
Reporting to the FLAGE Manager of RSH, you will have responsibility for assisting in the efficient administration of the property compliance department on a full-time time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Written / verbal communication with the external contactors
- Maintain the inspection scheduling calendars
- Auditing HHSRS inspection reports
- Handling remedial process and ensuring timelines are kept
- Adhere to departmental processes and procedures
- Keep trackers up to date · General administration duties associated with our managing agents in relation to their property health and safety audits
- Responding to queries and providing accurate information
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Identifying and resolving issues effectively
- Reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Any other duties related to compliance department as the business requires
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
