Head of Sales & Company Operations
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Managing Director
Job Purpose:
To lead and oversee the company’s sales and operational functions across multiple branches, ensuring business growth, excellent customer service, and efficient day-to-day operations. The role involves managing branch managers and staff, developing sales strategies, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and driving performance to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations across branches in Harlow and Highams Park.
- Manage staffing levels, staff holidays, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Implement and manage showroom and branch changes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards across all branches.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead sales performance and ensure achievement of branch and company sales targets.
- Develop customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Set objectives for branches, monitor performance, and take corrective actions where required.
- Support branch teams in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, motivate, and support branch managers and staff to deliver strong results.
- Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and development.
- Ensure staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention through effective leadership.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Negotiate terms where appropriate to maximize profitability and service.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance the company’s competitive edge.

Compensation:
- Base Salary plus target-based performance bonus
