Who we are?
Savills manages a substantial portfolio of properties, and our Front of House & Concierge team delivers fully managed services at a number of high-end, residential sites across London.
We are currently recruiting both mobile and static front of house team members across residential sites in London.
- Site based / full-time with salaries between £28,000 and £30,000 depends on site location and working hours
- Mobile team (full time and casual hours) – starting rate at £12.23 p/h

Working Hours & Patterns:
- Residential Buildings: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off, covering both day and night shifts
- Roles Available: Day Concierge, Night Concierge, Afternoon Concierge (3PM-11PM, Monday to Friday),

- Soft Skills: Empathy, active listening, and the ability to build rapport
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, resolve issues efficiently, and handle complaints professionally
- Service Mindset: A genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
- Preferred Background: Experience in luxury hotels, premium airlines, high-end retail, leisure, or residential environment
