We are now seeking an experienced Front of House Receptionist and treatment co-ordinator to join our friendly and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a patient-focused practice where your reception skills will be valued, and your contribution recognised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Accurately record and manage patient data, maintaining strict data protection compliance
- Manage appointment bookings, reminders, and handle administrative tasks
- Compose and format letters and correspondence
- Encourage new patient enquiries and communicate our services confidently
- Continuously enhance the patient experience at every stage of their journey
- Liaise with patients about treatment and treatment costs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of front desk/reception experience (dental, medical, or similar preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of data protection standards and confidentiality
- Confident, proactive, and approachable with a team-player mindset
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently
