Job Overview
We are looking to hire a couple of dedicated and hardworking employees to fill the role of Front of House at a small, bespoke hotel in tranquil Clapham, North Yorkshire.
We have a beautiful "Coaching Inn" style venue with 18 rooms, and the role would include general bar duties, taking drinks and food orders, answering phones, checking in guests, taking payments, handling bookings, etc. Training will also be provided.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience in similar roles preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high hospitality standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Be a friendly and front facing representative of the venue.
- Check in guests and take payment for rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to uphold high hospitality standards
