About the School/Organisation:
The school caters for pupils with a range of educational needs and who have learning difficulties who are functioning below age-related expectations, including SEMH. As an Out Reach Team you will be supporting children in an engaging environment. They are looking for tutor who is hardworking, resilient and who wants to make a difference in children’s lives.
Assignment Details:
The position requires you to work with KS3/4 students who need 1:1 support with academic studies:
It is important that you are comfortable and experienced working/supporting young people with varied special educational needs as many of the pupils you support will have SEND / SEMH.

As a successful Tutor with DRN, you will possess:
- Hold a QTS Qualification
- Have experience working with individuals with SEN
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Calm, resilient and able to communicate well with young people
- Confident in your behaviour management skills
- Be able to immediately start
- Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a DBS through DRN
- Be able to show proof of work in the UK
