We are looking for an experienced Front Of House supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of house team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service standards inkeeping with the company values.
This position requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Being a trained barista with a passion for coffee would be ideal but training will be given.
You will be working for a small company, and managing a small team which mean communication is key, and you will be a highly valued member of the team. It is important that your style of management is in-line with our company values, (ie teamwork, positive mindset, lead by example)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
- Manage the team and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure that the cafe is clean and well-maintained.
- Resolve any customer complaints.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the cafe.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train new staff members on customer service techniques.
- Communicate effectivly with our bakery team.
