We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is willing to assist colleagues as needed.

Pay: From £12.44 per hour
