We are looking for an experienced Senior Front of House Server to join the team in our flagship Maldon High Street tea room. As a Front of House assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and looking after various areas of the tea room.
Full time: Including 2 weekend days a week. Min 24 hours per week.
Working days (subject to change for holiday cover etc.): 3 weekdays and 2 weekend days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Work areas of the tea room, to serve guests within your area
- Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the tea room
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
