We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly person to join our team over our busy seasonal periods and help with holiday cover. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and can be flexible with their working hours.
You must be 18+ for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving customers with a smile and providing excellent customer service
- Preparing and presenting food, drinks, and desserts to a high standard
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Keeping the workspace clean, tidy, and safe
- Assisting with stock replenishment and general shop duties
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as needed
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential (full training provided)
