Are you welcoming, organised, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and prospective members at Hybrid Fitness, Wimbledon.
About the Role
As Front of House, you'll be responsible for creating a positive first impression and helping customers access our wide range of facilities, including the gym, court hire and fitness classes. Key duties include:
- Greeting members and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Making outbound calls to prospective members and current membership base
- Managing bookings and memberships using our IT system
- Handling payments for new memberships, arrears, guest passes and other adhoc payments.
- Assisting the Club Management team in achieving key business KPI's
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
- Providing information about services and facilities
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, calm, and approachable under pressure
- Basic IT skills (training will be provided on our IT system)
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or leisure environment is desirable, but not essential
