The role & responsibilities

The role includes answering calls, making bookings on our clinic system, greeting clients, taking payments and supporting the therapists and stylists.

The successful candidate must be a seasoned seller with a proven background in a similar Front of House/Admin role but also highly organised with strong administrative skills including good use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. You should be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems. Retail experience within the beauty sector is essential and preferably with brows and lashes, as is a positive approach to solving problems and managing deadlines.

Key requirements:

· Minimum 1 year Front of house/Receptionist retail experience

· Experience with a high-end brand

· Friendly

· Be a team player

· Have excellent customer service and communication skills

· Welcome the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment

. Strong administrative and organisational skills

. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

. Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Responsibilities:

● Make appointment bookings using our online booking system

● To process payments

● To promote other services and products to customers as appropriate

● To answer calls, contact clients via telephone / email, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner

● To smoothly take over the client's journey from the therapist/stylist and complete payments and appointment bookings.
