Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our Front of House team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their visit. Your ability to create a positive atmosphere and effectively manage guest interactions will be key to enhancing their experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, accommodating guest preferences where possible.
- Provide menu information and assist guests with their choices, offering recommendations as needed.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the front of house area is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with cash handling and processing payments as required.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in a front of house or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
