Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your role will involve managing reservations, greeting customers, and providing support to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with special events or functions as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
