Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front of House / Waiter / Bar Staff to join our team to help provide excellent customer service at our establishments, Jack Rabbits & The Greenman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front end area
- Uphold food safety standards in handling products
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks when required
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
- Provide exceptional guest services to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience in hospitality is advantageous but not essential
- Bar experience is advantageous but not essential
