We're a busy restaurant that works closely with exceptional farmers and offers a daily-changing menu. Our drinks programme includes unique beers,natural wines,and a growing vinyl record collection.
We're are looking for an experienced FOH legend to join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing a section in a fast-paced environment,ensuring turnaround times are met.
- Consistently delivering a high standard of hospitality.
- Communicating comprehensive knowledge of our produce and suppliers to our guests.
- Operating in alignment with our company values and brand ethos.
- Demonstrating efficiency in all aspects of service and the ability to multitask.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Actively participating in and contributing to daily briefings and in-house training sessions.
What you’ll bring:
- Passion and knowledge of restaurants,good cooking,good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart. But most important is the appetite to learn,grow and be a part of building the most exciting restaurant group in London.
- 2 years of experience in hospitality and guest experience in a fast paced environment.
- Vinyl lovers and wing connoisseurs are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts across 5 out of 7 days.
- Full UK right to work documents.
