Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Team Member with Waitressing Experience to join our hospitality team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both on the restaurant floor and behind the bar. The ideal candidate will have experience serving tables as well as mixing and serving drinks, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining and bar experience.
Responsibilities
Front of House Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve meals and beverages professionally and promptly.
- Manage table settings, clear dishes, and reset tables efficiently.
- Handle customer queries or complaints with professionalism and escalate when needed.
- Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts.
Skills
- Previous experience in front of house and customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
