Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact ensuring and providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Provide menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with attention to detail.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication regarding orders.
- Assist in training new staff members as required, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is assential.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage with customer's
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with others while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our customers
