What you’ll be doing!
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the management in the control of all F&B service within our hotel. Main areas will be within Open Lobby areas, where delivering the brand standards, exceptional service and a warm friendly environment will be key to the success. Weddings and Events will also be a key part of the role and good organisational skills, a strong presence and imagination will be required.
Leading the team, getting the best from them and motivating them to exceed our guests’ expectations will ensure that performance levels are met. Providing support and continuity in absence of Restaurant & Bar Manager is vital for this role
This is a role where you will be one of the faces of the operation and will be the point of contact for guests and staff alike, a role for someone who loves being around people.

Job Profile
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading the customer service experience
- Supporting the effectiveness of forecasting and budgeting through in house management system
- Assisting with performance management of all Food & Beverage team members – Including reviews
- Delivery of Brand Standards
- Training and development of team members
- Support other departments to create cohesion between all areas
- Assisting the team and manager to ensure all targets and metrics are achieved
- Upholding food hygiene standards within food and beverage areas
- Adhering to legal requirements in the service of alcohol
- Effective communication to all operational team, whilst being supportive and approachable to any queries
