Overview
Dealing with the day-to-day property management of residential HMO portfolio, dealing with the Housing team, Tenants and Contractors, and ensuring at all times that activities are in accordance with best practice. Portfolio is based in Birmingham so regular visits to Birmingham to meet with contractors and do property inspections will be required.
Maintaining electric, gas and fire safety compliance requirements on the properties is essential.
Duties to include:
- Overall Compliance of the Building / Properties
· Property Inspections and Maintenance: Inspections and Reports
· Finance: Budgets
· Meetings: Contractor meetings
· Correspondence and Administration
· Complaints follow up
· Monitoring contractors and on-site works
· Ensuring compliance and Health & Safety
· Arranging repairs and maintenance and refurbishments
· Recording and reporting all financial aspects of maintenance
· Continual assessment of the Portfolio
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Driving licence
Systems requirements
- Previous experience of FixFlow would be highly beneficial

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
