The Role…

As the Finance & Facilities Assistant, you will work as part of a great team to deliver professional, efficient & accurate support to the Facilities Department, as well as manage the finance aspect of the FM account.

Main Duties…

  • Support the Head of Facilities with the day-to-day Finance and Admin to ensure these are carried out in a manner consistent with Hearst policies & directives;
  • Assist the Facilities Supervisor with the contractor management and cover during his absence.
  • Support the Reception team during peak times and ad-hoc
  • Collate finance reports, raise PO’s, manage the budget and allocate costs accordingly.

  • Relevant experience within a similar professional services or office environment with experience in a Finance, AP or administrative function.

Qualification:

  • Any previous experience with Oracle would be desirable.
