We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven and highly organised Finance Assistant to join our busy team.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of our finance processes, client payment handling, and operational administration.
Key Responsibilities
FINANCE
- Bank Reconciliations – Managing account reconciliations through Xero.
- Invoice Creation – Preparing and sending invoices through Xero.
- Taking Client Payments – Processing deposits and payments on due dates.
- Debt Collection – Sending overdue payment reminders, liaising with lawyers, and managing account follow-up.
- Processing refunds/credit notes - Along with updating the CRM and handling relevant communications.
OPERATIONS
- Product Creation – Setting up and cloning products in the CRM and creating them in Xero.
- Customer Service Support – Responding to support emails, forwarding to relevant departments, handling complaints, finance queries, and general client support.
- Amendments – Updating packages, issuing revised agreements, adjusting invoices, and notifying internal teams.
- Event Support – Attending events when required.
- Sales Team Assistance – Providing ad hoc operational and administrative support as required.
The Perfect Candidate
- Experience in finance administration, operations, or a similar role.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems, invoicing software, and payment platforms (experience with Xero, Stripe, and Salesforce a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach, with the flexibility to assist across different teams when needed.
- Comfortable handling sensitive financial information with discretion and accuracy.
