Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to promote our offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field-based position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in IT tools relevant to sales processes, including CRM systems.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Time management skills that allow for efficient planning of daily activities in the field.
