We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Face-to-Face Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in face-to-face settings at various events, venues, or high-footfall areas.
- Present products or services in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.
- Build strong rapport with potential customers to drive interest and conversions.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Represent the company’s values and image at all times.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A positive, outgoing attitude and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or promotions is an advantage but not required.
- Confidence in approaching and engaging with members of the public.
