Summary
We are seeking an Export Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Hydrasun. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the export processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products to international markets. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission of facilitating energy transition.
Responsibilities
- Processing export shipments to international customers and branches, and import shipments to the UK
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures, freight terms, and customer requirements
- Coordinating with freight forwarders and obtaining necessary documentation such as Certificates of Origin and Export Licences
- Maintaining accurate records in the export/import management system
- Ensuring Trade Compliance and adherence to customs and HMRC legislation
- Supporting continuous improvement and participating in training and development programmes
Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of business systems
- Experience handling documentation and paperwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment
- Exceptional customer focus and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure
- Computer literate and a strong team player
Desirable Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
- Prior experience in a similar exports/logistics role
- Knowledge and understanding of export shipping documentation
