We require an experienced fish fryer who can respond to a rapid demand for our products in busy periods. You will be able to cut fish and adhere to our portion control guidelines, and have knowledge of how to prepare all takeaway and restaurant items. You will be aware of both self and premises hygiene and presentation and understand all food safety and hygiene rules and be able to enter the correct data into the SFBB books. You will be able to work in a team but be confident and experienced enough to take the lead when it is required of you. You will be able to support and mentor more junior members of our team.
We are looking for someone who has been in a more senior role for at least two years. Pay and working hours are negotiable for the person who is able to meet our requirements. Our business is seasonal with longer working hours in the Summer. The person we employ will be able to work some evenings and some weekends throughout the year. Our preference is for a proactive and energetic person able to keep their cool under pressure and interact affably and confidently with both customers and team members.
