Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the fishing lake area, ensuring it is clean, safe, and ready for guests.
- Assist anglers by providing information on lake rules, fishing techniques, and bait options.
- Monitor guest and owner activity to ensure compliance with lake safety and fishing regulations.
- Perform regular inspections of lake facilities, identifying any maintenance needs.
- Support with fish stock management and ensure the lake environment is well-balanced.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all, enhancing their fishing experience.
Requirements
- Experience in lake fishing
- Good communication skills and an approachable, friendly manner.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, Bank holidays, and peak times.
